There were cleanliness issues in my room, with reports of dirty carpets and unaddressed maintenance problems like a non-working TV. Breakfast service lacked consistency, with limited options that ran out during busy times and inadequate staff to handle the crowd. Sound insulation isn’t great either, as I could hear conversations from the next room, which is less than ideal for a quiet stay.

Great stay with friends! The location was perfect, only a short walk from the main square. We enjoyed delicious kids’ meals at local spots, particularly the pasta and chicken nuggets. The staff were super friendly and always had smiles for us. Parking was really convenient too, which is a big plus.

On our second day, the room cleaning could have been better since not all towels were changed and the beds weren't made properly.

Had a great time in a Twin Room. It had cool stuff like air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom had both a shower and a bath. All the toiletries you need. Also loved the spa facilities! Everything was clean and comfy, just perfect.
